Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities
Acts as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning People & Culture initiatives with organizational and departmental goals
Leads complex and high-risk team member relations investigations, providing guidance on corrective action, disciplinary decisions, and separations
Coaches leaders at all levels on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and change leadership
Analyzes workforce and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develops proactive, data-driven solutions
Advises executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives
Designs and delivers advanced leadership development programs and targeted training interventions
Ensures consistent application of policies, mitigating risk while maintaining fairness and accountability
Serves as a subject-matter expert on employment law, internal practices, and People & Culture strategy
Mentors and supports Associate and Business Partner team members, modeling consultative excellence
Leads cross-functional projects and enterprise-wide People & Culture initiatives
Champions inclusion, continuous improvement, and organizational values at a senior leadership level
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant employee relations and leadership consulting responsibility
Advanced knowledge of employment and labor laws (New York State preferred)
Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and managing complex organizational issues
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in a large, multi-site, or highly regulated environment
Proven ability to mentor others and lead through influence
