Responsibilities

Conduct research on emerging global well-being trends and best practices to inform strategy and program design
Collect and analyze engagement and impact data to support continuous improvement of well-being programs
Develop and/or distribute content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, digital campaigns) to promote global well-being initiatives
Work with regional teams and stakeholders to adapt programs for local needs and cultural relevance
Participate in planning and coordination of well-being activities and events as needed, ensuring alignment with global objectives
Provide general support for project tracking, documentation, and reporting

Required

Candidates are encouraged to apply to 3 or fewer internship roles during a given internship recruiting cycle
Bachelors program in Business & HR related fields, Behavioral Sciences, or Analytics related fields
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025
Strong interest in global health and well-being strategies
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
Passion for promoting health and well-being in a global context
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis or design tools is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
