Responsibilities
Administer and maintain enterprise AI platforms (such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise) to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable operations
Manage Azure AD app registrations, API keys, licensing, and user provisioning for AI-enabled applications
Monitor AI platform performance, costs, and adoption metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Serve as the primary contact for AI support tickets, triaging incidents and maintaining documentation and operational runbooks
Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional partners in HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive AI adoption and best practices
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and SIEM integrations to ensure data protection and visibility
Coordinate vendor relationships and manage day-to-day operational governance with AI service providers
Support rollout initiatives, governance meetings, and compliance reviews for Fischer Homes’ AI programs
Qualification
Required
Must have 3+ years of enterprise IT or platform operations experience with Microsoft and AI systems
Must have 3+ years of experience managing ChatGPT Enterprise or similar large language model environments
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD tenant configurations
Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting; basic Python or shell scripting a plus
Understanding of data loss prevention (DLP), Microsoft Purview, and SIEM logging practices
Strong customer service and IT ticketing experience (ITIL familiarity preferred)
Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, generative AI, and ethical AI practices
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or Microsoft 365 Administrator desirable
