Responsibilities

Assist in the administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term equity awards
Support the preparation of materials for Compensation Committee meetings and executive leadership reviews
Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis for executive roles using survey data and peer comparisons
Build and maintain financial models to assess pay-for-performance alignment, scenario planning, and equity valuation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including SEC disclosures, proxy reporting, and internal governance policies
Support the development of compensation-related disclosures and documentation for public filings
Assist in the execution of annual compensation cycles for executives, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and equity grants
Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of executive pay actions
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to provide compensation guidance and support for executive-level decisions
Respond to inquiries and provide analytical support for executive compensation matters

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree or CCP certification a plus
3–5 years of experience in compensation, finance, or HR analytics, with exposure to executive compensation preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools (e.g., MarketPay, Equity Edge) is a plus
Familiarity with SEC regulations, proxy disclosures, and executive pay governance
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
