RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Training & Compliance Coordinator responsible for ensuring adherence to training and record-keeping requirements. The role involves conducting field inspections, facilitating employee training, and supporting compliance initiatives across various operations.

Responsibilities

Perform daily yard inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational standards

Conduct regular field visits to observe and assess compliance with safety and quality standards across Traffic Control, Pavement Marking, and Sign Installation operations

Present Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, lead facility tours, facilitate hands-on training, and coordinate enrollment for TMA, Forklift, and Propane training with Operations Managers

Administer Flagger certification tests and submit required documentation

Deliver ongoing training or troubleshooting support for various RS applications

Maintain and manage employee records in Motive, including adding/removing users as needed

Traffic Control, Pavement Marking, and Sign Installation training

Maintain current certifications and complete all RoadSafe-required training

Represent the branch at local industry association meetings
