Interpret and install interiors and FF&E treatments per specifications, blueprints, and job orders
Problem-solve and troubleshoot for the most effective and aesthetic installation methods
Complete project paperwork accurately and on time
Follow company policies and safety requirements
Communicate promptly about potential issues affecting operations
Maintain positive relationships with supervisors, team members, contractors, and customers
Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and willingness to improve job-related skills
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of installation experience with related work
Ability to read and interpret documents and blueprints
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Customer service mindset and ability to meet deadlines
Valid driver's license required
