Territory Sales Manager, Western Region
AVT (Advanced Vision Technology) is a leading provider of automatic print inspection, quality assurance, and process control solutions. They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to expand their market presence in the Western Region USA, focusing on developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase AVT’s sales in the territory
Identify and engage potential customers, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline
Build strong relationships with printers, converters, and OEMs in the region
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase AVT’s solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Work closely with the technical support team to ensure smooth product implementation and customer satisfaction
Provide market feedback, including competitor activity and customer needs, to help shape AVT’s offerings
Attend industry trade shows and events to promote AVT’s brand and solutions
Qualification
Required
Sales experience in the printing, packaging (preferred)
Proven track record of B2B sales success, preferably in capital equipment or software solutions
Strong technical understanding of print inspection systems, process control, or related technologies is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
