Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Safety Coordinator to join their Workers Compensation/Safety team. The role involves providing clerical, administrative, and support tasks, including conducting safety training and supporting the Retail Safety Field Team.

Reviewing and downloading video for injury investigations

Conducting Safety Training for new Assistant Store Leaders once a week (3 ½ hours)

Provide support to the Retail Safety Field Team-follow up information from video review

Required

Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D

1+ year(s) in an office/administrative role

Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

Accurate and detail oriented

Possess strong time management, organizational, and data entry skills

Able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines as needed

Ability to support and work well in team based atmosphere

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Comfort with computers and office equipment
