Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers. Our client, Hirekeyz, is seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist to provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM and ensure timely resolution of incidents and user issues.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and user issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, validation rules, triggers, flows, integrations, and data inconsistencies
Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures
Collaborate with business users to understand functional problems and provide effective solutions
Work with development teams to analyze defects, propose fixes, and support deployment activities
Perform routine configuration updates including profiles, permission sets, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and flows
Ensure compliance with org-wide change management and release management processes
Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware
Maintain documentation for issue resolutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures

Required

8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM with strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features
Solid experience in production support roles, preferably in a high-usage Salesforce environment
Strong skills in declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards, etc.)
Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (reading/debugging preferred)
Experience working with integration platforms (Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs)
Ability to analyze complex issues and provide quick, effective resolutions
