Responsibilities

Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers

Delivers a high level of customer service to assure positive patient experience

Schedules WIC appointments

Obtains, verifies and documents participant information

Obtains anthropometric measurements and blood work for participants

Maintains inventory logs for blood work, blood work controls and cuvettes

Distributes WIC checks

Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies

Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
