Responsibilities
Design and model building and site power systems
Design and model building and site lighting systems
Size, coordinate, and specify lighting fixtures and electrical distribution equipment
Calculate and analyze electrical loads
Perform lighting calculations to ensure adequate light distribution and energy-efficient design
Provide design support in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
Attend meetings with the project team, including architects and other engineering disciplines
Ensure electrical design complies with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
Prepare documentation for permit applications and agency review
Perform site visits and write field reports
Assist project managers to troubleshoot design and construction challenges
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3- 5 years experience in the A/E/C industry
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience with Revit MEP, AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Excellent attention to detail
Authorization to work in the United States (required)
