The role involves translating business needs into clear requirements, analyzing healthcare data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements

Assist with process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation

Analyze healthcare data and create reports or dashboards

Support healthcare operations initiatives (e.g., Value-based care, quality, patient flow)

Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams

Support system implementations, enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Prepare documentation, presentations, and project updates

Qualification

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
