12-15 years of hands-on experience with Java (Java 8 or later)

Experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices-based development
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM tools like Hibernate or JPA
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
