Early June is a boutique growth agency serving clients in healthcare, E-commerce and more. The SEM Manager will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns, developing strategies, and optimizing performance while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities
Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing
Ensure paid media campaigns are set up according to platform best practices
Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities
Develop keyword lists, ad copy iterations, and creative testing recommendations
Develop weekly and monthly performance reports in Google slides
Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts
Nurture positive client relationships through a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Qualification
Required
2 - 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social experience a plus)
Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for testing and learning
Excited about new AI tools and how they can enhance paid media
Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
You should have an efficient home office setup (external monitor and dedicated desk)
