Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales and business development plan to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Drive growth across key focus areas, including Data Analytics, AI, Customer Success, and Product Engineering
Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities across target industries and strategic accounts
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders at prospective and existing clients
Clearly and compellingly present StratApps’ service offerings, emphasizing the value of our onsite–offshore delivery model
Partner closely with delivery and leadership teams to align client expectations with execution capabilities
Own the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity shaping, negotiations, contract structuring, and deal closure
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of proven success in sales or business development within IT services or consulting
Demonstrated experience selling solutions leveraging an onsite–offshore or global delivery model
Strong understanding of global delivery economics, with the ability to articulate clear business value to clients
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Visionary, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to identify, shape, and sell transformative opportunities
Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and business growth
