They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP/AR operations and support the continuous improvement of these processes.

Responsibilities

Own the full procure-to-pay lifecycle within Coupa, including requisition matching and invoice approval workflows

Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy before processing

Execute weekly payment runs via Coupa Pay, wire transfers, and checks

Oversee the end-to-end employee expense reimbursement process using Expensify, including update to policy and coding

Responsible for processing credit card transactions and monthly credit cards reconciliation

Prepare and send invoices, statements, and collection notices to clients or customers

Process and monitor incoming payments, ensuring timely posting to customer accounts

Assist with Month-End close. Prepare Journal Entries for accruals and prepayment. Reconcile accounts related to accounts payable and accounts receivable

Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s) to reconcile monthly vendor/customer statements and prepare AP/AR aging reports

Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, resolving discrepancies promptly

Ensure all records meet tax requirements, including W-9 maintenance and own 1099 reporting process

Performs ad hoc special projects/requests as needed

Required

Minimum 2 years of direct experience using Expensify, Coupa, and QuickBooks Online

Proficient in Excel, including formulas, reconciliations, and data analysis

2–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable/accounts receivable experience

Proven ability to handle high-volume data entry with extreme attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in-office environment

Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic

Adheres to internal control policies throughout the department and company

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.)
