Responsibilities

Process and support the settlement of loan transactions across multiple loan structures

Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing cash flows to ensure accurate settlement

Reconcile payments received against expected amounts and investigate any discrepancies

Communicate with Front Office teams to escalate and resolve settlement-related issues

Coordinate with Client Onboarding to establish and maintain accurate payment instructions

Partner with Cash Management to confirm timely and accurate settlement of payments

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loan settlements

Support process improvements and assist with ad hoc operational tasks as needed

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work in the office four days per week in Jacksonville, FL

Preferred

Basic understanding of financial operations, payments, or reconciliations preferred

Internship or coursework related to finance, banking, or operations

Interest in loan products, capital markets, or financial services

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
