Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance and support to the business in the areas of specialty and infusion pharmacy

Advise on 340B program compliance and related legal matters

Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to pharmacy services

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and risk management

Conduct legal research and analysis to support business initiatives

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in at least one state

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

Experience with specialty and infusion pharmacy

340B experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience in healthcare law

Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry

Experience with contract negotiation and drafting

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
