Required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage schedules and oversee staff effectively
Experience in planning and implementing educational and recreational activities for children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, staff, and the school community
A demonstrated commitment to promoting inclusion, equity, and a supportive learning environment
First aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification if required
Familiarity with program compliance, safety protocols, and administrative management
Prior experience in education, childcare, or related fields is a valuable asset

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
