Responsibilities

Drive the execution of strategic projects, workstreams and problem-solving process with a strong analytical focus and understanding of the employee experience and journey

Lead and deliver process mapping, org design and operating model work as part of the creation and delivery of business cases into significant volumes of employees across the business

Facilitate meetings and workshops with all relevant stakeholders, subject matter experts and sponsors

Effectively manage the outcomes driven by specific projects and help steer the business in a new direction

Develop and deliver the change management approach and plan for workstreams/projects as appropriate

Work within a direct and matrix project structure across multiple functions in the business, providing regular guidance to business stakeholders to drive the project forward

Build, maintain and foster successful relationships with key functional and operational teams at all levels up to c-suite across the business
