Convert inbound team leads while actively prospecting to build and expand your personal sphere of influence
Reporting the client's reactions (likes, dislikes, & concerns) back to the lead agent
Qualification
Required
Active Real Estate License in Rhode Island and/or Massachusetts is required
Demonstrated proficiency in drafting competitive offers and executing negotiations
Reliable transportation and the flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend schedules
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
