Responsibilities

Assist with quarterly valuation models for lower middle market and middle market portfolio companies

Prepare and analyze valuation metrics, summary schedules, and supporting documentation

Support external auditors and third-party valuation consultants with valuation data

Assist with SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings

Prepare internal management reporting and analysis

Contribute to investor and analyst presentations

Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management

Evaluating prospective investment opportunities

Financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring

Assisting with due diligence, research, and management meetings

Preparing investment committee materials and investment memos

Supporting interactions with investment bankers and intermediaries

Updating portfolio company models and tracking investment performance
