Responsibilities
Process and manage purchase orders end-to-end: create, validate, route for approvals, and close PO records in the ERP
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to obtain quotes, confirm lead times, and resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies
Maintain supplier master data and documentation: onboarding, contracts, compliance records, and contact details
Support inventory reconciliation and exception handling by investigating shortages, returns, and supply variances
Collaborate with Accounts Payable to validate invoices, match POs and receipts, and expedite payment resolutions
Track procurement KPIs and produce regular reports on PO cycle time, spend by vendor, and open order status
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience in purchase order processing and procurement operations
Proficiency with ERP platforms and procurement modules (experience with SAP, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement Cloud preferred)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, basic macros) for reporting and reconciliation
Demonstrated vendor management and supplier communication experience
Familiarity with invoice matching (PO-Receipt-Invoice) and AP collaboration workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple procurement tasks concurrently
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
Prior exposure to e-procurement platforms and supplier onboarding tools
Certifications or coursework in procurement (CPSM, CPPM, or equivalent) or supply-chain fundamentals
