Responsibilities

Demonstrates facility in effectively managing both small and large scale projects

Anticipates key architectural details that are critical to the architectural language of the project

Is able to take over projects that may be 'sideways' and get them back on course

Acts as a collegial resource for managers and a backstop for complicated design and code-oriented situations

Is comfortable and successful meeting with AHJ's and related departments have purview over projects

Is willing to tactfully push for desirable outcomes in situations in which code may be subject to interpretation

Supports staff development and heads off conflicts within the studio

Regularly coordinates with Directors and leaders to ensure a healthy work culture

Demonstrates excellent is representing both firm and client interests through the entire project design process

Ensures that the best clients become repeat clients for the firm

Experience completing multiple projects as a Project Manager
