Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, systems, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
Prepare documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, reports, and presentations
Support solution design, implementation, and change management activities
Conduct data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making
Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality outcomes
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and status reviews
Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
5 +years of experience in an Analyst or Consultant role (non-SAP environment)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation and insights
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or equivalent tools)
Good understanding of business processes and project delivery methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in team-based environments
Preferred
Experience working with large or enterprise-level clients
Exposure to consulting frameworks, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools, reporting tools, or dashboards
Experience in process improvement, operations, or digital transformation projects
