The candidate will be responsible for defining technical strategy, architecting robust systems, and driving engineering excellence through mentorship and best practices.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of complex, high-scale web applications

Qualification
Required
5–8+ years in full-stack development with expertise across frontend and backend
Proven experience leading projects or mentoring team members
Proficiency in frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue
Strong backend development skills with Node.js, Python, Java, Spark
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Expertise in REST/GraphQL API design
Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Data Bricks
Ability to design scalable, maintainable web applications
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and authentication mechanisms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to code quality, documentation, and agile practices
Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Familiarity with testing frameworks and DevOps practices
Specialization in performance optimization, security, or mobile/web hybrid applications
