Responsibilities

Manage the monthly and annual close of accounting records
Review and approve all payables and IT purchases
Oversee collections and the accounts receivable (AR) process
Manage all business licenses
Direct and manage the audit of financial records, 401(k) plan, and filing of tax returns (prepared by an outside firm), including the selection and oversight of external firms
Serve as Trustee and Sponsor of the company’s 401(k) plan
Act as one of the two officers officially managing the company and serve on Executive Team and Board of Directors
Manage and negotiate office leases for the company
Act as the primary driver for the design and implementation of incentive plans
Lead the calculation and determination of annual profit-sharing

Required

Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
CPA required
Strong Excel experience
Must be willing to work onsite

Preferred

Experience in IT consulting or professional services industry is a plus
