Develop and manage detailed pricing models for high‑value proposals

Lead cross‑functional proposal teams to produce compelling business cases

Analyze market trends and competitor data to shape winning strategies

Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program management to ensure technical and cost alignment

Present proposal outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Strong financial/analytical/technical skills

Preferred

Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts

Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements

High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volume of complex data to influence executive decision making

Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems

Experience with multiple proposal contract types
