Client Manager | Business Development | 100% Remote | Staffing
TEEMA Solutions Group is a staffing agency that empowers Client Managers to operate like business owners while working remotely. The role involves cultivating client accounts, generating new business, and collaborating with Recruiters to fulfill job requisitions.
Responsibilities
Cultivating and managing client accounts in your area of expertise
Generating new business via outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels
Partnering with Recruiters (Talent Managers) across TEEMA to close your roles
Taking job requisitions, hosting intake calls, and managing client communications
Developing sourcing strategies tailored to each opportunity
Logging activity and progress using Bullhorn (our applicant tracking system)
Representing TEEMA from initial client contact through final placement
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in a staffing agency environment (BD or full-desk roles ideal)
A strong record of acquiring and nurturing client relationships
Excellent communication skills, drive, and follow-through
A self-driven mindset and a preference for autonomy
Preferred
Familiarity with Bullhorn is a plus
Focus in one or more sectors (Healthcare, Tech, A&F, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Manufacturing, etc.)
