Responsibilities
Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects
Assist within the Identity and Access Management team to understand identity lifecycle management and develop strategic goals for a better user experience
Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and recommend tailored banking and IT risk solutions
Assist with data analytics, due diligence on banking platforms, and document reviews to support client engagement and outreach
Collaborate with risk managers, analysts/specialists, and team leaders to contribute to real-time consumer and business initiatives
Support activities to enhance user engagement and promote banking services through various channels
Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Rising Senior graduating in 2027
3.4 GPA preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical and creative mindset
Eagerness to learn
Detail-oriented
Proactive
Able to work effectively under pressure
Complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation
