Responsibilities
Evaluate, measure, design, develop and monitor information and solutions to ensure an organization's workflow is effective, efficient and capable of adapting to changing business demands
Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve complex process issues
Design and conduct independent business process improvement tests
Develop solutions based on customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field
5+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management
5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
Shown success in effectively driving delivery
Working understanding of business financial practices and process analysis and reengineering
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
Preferred
Experience with benchmarking, change management or working with measurement process-driven system requirements
Experience with championing and providing consulting recommendations to support system enhancements/improvements
