Responsibilities
Onboarding, education, and consultation for new tax clients
Preparing and filing business and personal annual state and federal income tax returns
Calculating and communicating quarterly estimated tax payments
Providing proactive tax planning and advising every quarter
Being available for client tax questions and consultations throughout the year
Reviewing client financial data for tax accuracy and strategic opportunities
Communicating with clients via the Client Portal to request documentation and provide updates
Assisting with client onboarding for tax services
End-of-year tasks, including, but not limited to, 1099 filings
Ensuring timely quarterly and annual income tax filings for all clients
Staying up to date on federal and state tax law changes relevant to our client base
Qualification
Required
Current EA or CPA license (proof will be requested)
Experience preparing both business and personal returns
Experience with tax planning and advising for multiple businesses
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Knowledge of QBO
Knowledge of Intuit ProConnect
Knowledge of Double
Knowledge of Gusto
Knowledge of Google Workplace

Knowledge of ClickUp
Knowledge of Sales Tax compliance
