Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to meet revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Travel extensively to client sites for meetings, demonstrations, and relationship building
Collaborate with internal service and technical teams to ensure customer success
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
Qualification
Required
1+ years of direct sales experience within the plastic injection molding machinery industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Existing network or portfolio of clients in the plastics industry is a major plus
Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication skills
Ability to travel frequently and work independently
Technical aptitude to understand machinery specs and customer needs
