Responsibilities

Assist in the administration paperwork for new stores, acquisition stores, remodels or relocations
Support projects through participating in conference calls, learning retail structure and supporting deadlines
Support Store operations, Store communication, Policy & Procedure, store maintenance & facilities
Assist in administration work for Pandora scheduled events- conferences, meetings, events
Support spreadsheet when stores need to close unexpectedly during the day
Work with vendors such as Office Depot, Grand and Toy, Vendor Rio Sio to ensure all current information is up to date
Maintain quality service by following organization standards, developing, and recommending needed improvements as necessary
Assist the store operations team with any communication memos, proofread, or general formatting prior to posting communication for stores
Review costs spent within supplies, maintenance, various vendors and suggest ways of improvement
Review email questions that come into general mailbox and forward to the appropriate teams
Review current Policy and procedure manual and help format the current manual
Be present and actively listening on conference call pertaining to relevant projects
Access internal communication site to understand the workings of retail locations
Support 'We Care' committee through volunteering, offering suggestions and listening to the strategic plan for 2024 and offer any insights
General understanding of budgeting for various projects
Development of cost saving ideas by reviewing various bills and tracking high cost spend and working in ways to reduce
Share ideas for future projects in retail locations

Required

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, of communications, marketing, business or media relations
Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred
