Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines
Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Strategize and collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and operations, to execute projects efficiently and at the highest quality
Manage and mentor junior project managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
Develop and present comprehensive proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients
Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all teams stay aligned with objectives
Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness
Attend and oversee on-site installations and breakdowns, ensuring successful execution and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Lead internal and external production meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability across departments
Maintain and optimize internal systems for project tracking, documentation, and task management
Provide strategic insights to improve operational efficiencies and client experiences
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, account management, or related roles in event production, event planning, experiential design, or a similar industry
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor junior staff
Exceptional ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on precision and accountability
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and create proactive solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering top-tier service
Familiarity with design and production processes to ensure seamless collaboration with creative and fabrication teams
Proficiency (or ability to learn quickly) in our current software: Monday.com, Goodshuffle Pro, Google Workspace, and Keynote
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
Must have reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver's license
Preferred
Familiarity with event production, fabrication, or installation processes is strongly preferred
