Residence Manager (Facilities Support Specialist)
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Residence Manager (Facilities Support Specialist) provides routine building and grounds maintenance, resident and material transportation and facilities support to our patients.

Responsibilities
Drive Helio Health vehicle to transport residents and collect necessary goods for residential programs
Facilitate any routine residence room turnovers, furniture moves and general house maintenance
Maintain program reports and appropriate documentation for relevant program inventories
When assigned, assist in problem resolution and implementation of program modifications
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate/Equivalency
Valid NYS Driver's License required
Skilled in monitoring the safety, security, replacement and repair needs of the facility
Ability to relate effectively with staff, clients, and both internal/external community agencies
Capability to work independently and use basic computer applications
