Social Supply is an experiential design/build firm specializing in brand experiences and events. They are seeking a Project Manager who will manage client accounts, oversee project timelines, and ensure high-quality client experiences throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure client goals are met within scope and budget

Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while keeping teams and clients aligned

Develop proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client needs

Organize and maintain client-provided materials and collateral

Communicate regularly with clients to address questions, share updates, and ensure satisfaction

Facilitate and participate in production meetings to ensure cross-departmental communication

Manage vendor relationships and ensure all external collaborations align with project goals

Attend and supervise on-site installations and breakdowns when needed

Participate in design and client meetings to align project direction and expectations

Maintain an organized online database and track assigned tasks efficiently

Assist in ensuring project completion during busy seasons, which does require working beyond standard hours
