As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Desk, you will serve and safeguard clients in financial institutions, acting as the first point of contact and assisting with access control while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed

Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols

Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a professional and alert presence at the front desk

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding any security-related concerns or incidents

Support the implementation of location-specific guidelines and procedures for a financial institution setting

Operate front desk equipment and technology to support access control and visitor management processes

Required

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
