Responsibilities
Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
Interact with guests, take orders and serve meals and drinks
Remove used dinnerware from the table in a timely manner
Check identification to verify patron meets legal drinking age requirement
Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards
Accurately report tips and gratuities at the end of every shift
Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Detailed oriented
Relevant training certificate
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America
Preferred
One year of serving experience preferred
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
