Responsibilities

Sponsorship Management: Assist in tracking and following up with corporate sponsors (like the Media Arts Center) and ensuring they receive their promised benefits (logos on site, social shout-outs)
Donor Stewardship: Manage our donor platform (Givebutter), ensuring all donors receive timely, personalized thank-you notes and tax receipts
Prospect Research: Identify local businesses and foundations in the Connecticut/New York area that align with our mission for future outreach
Campaign Support: Help coordinate digital fundraising pushes, including "The Great Give" or specific workshop-funding drives
Administrative Support: Assist in gathering data and documents for government grants (like the CDBG) and foundation applications

Required

Current US-based student (Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or Marketing major)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send a professional email)
