Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Technician Support to provide advanced technical support for project teams. The role involves utilizing a broad set of analytical and technical tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with testing protocols.

Responsibilities

Proficient in the application of a broad set of analytical and technical tools within a single technical discipline (Mechanical, QA, V&V, etc.), with a strong emphasis on Risk Reduction testing (RRT) and Verification and Validation (V&V) testing

Possesses the technical skills and knowledge to function effectively in a second technical discipline, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and project outcomes

Proactively seeks assignments and works to identify breadth of tasks. May take lead role in selected technical activities

Demonstrates proficiency with analytical skills necessary to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within the primary technical discipline, including the application of Instron testing

Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks, and plan daily activities accordingly. Develops creative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring compliance with protocols

May provide guidance to designers/technicians

May include training, mentoring or coaching

Collaborates with a broad group of cross-functional staff

Provides input and may participate in recruiting and selecting teams

Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary
