They are seeking a Director of Engineering Operation to coordinate and schedule engineers and operations while overseeing various engineering and operations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Work with Operations, Sales and Engineering departments

Coordination and scheduling of engineers and operations

Evaluate all engineering parts and supplies purchase order requests

Review monthly maintenance engineering expenses/budget

Review and approval of all weekly engineering expense reports

Review various engineering invoices

Recommend annual engineering maintenance budget

Negotiate rental and shipping prices when needed in order to obtain the best rates

Prepare requisitions for purchases and rentals

Oversee travel to/from F&F events

Provide guidance to operations department

Complete performance reviews for engineering and operations employees

Approval of engineering and operations timecards in ADP

Tracking day count employees progress to end of year target number throughout the year

Oversee weekly maintenance tech reports and manage equipment repair workload

Monitor personnel issues and provide notes/memo's to Human Resources for employee files

Any other duties required as requested by supervisor
