Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple technology-focused sustainability projects across their lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with measurable client impact
Manage client relationships and create new opportunities focused on business value and environmental impact
Advise clients on sustainable supply chain strategies, including emissions reduction, resource efficiency, and circularity
Implement and optimize digital solutions for supply chain data collection, monitoring, and reporting (e.g., CDP, Watershed, or similar platforms)
Conduct quantitative modeling and scenario analysis to assess supply chain emissions, with a particular focus on Scope 3 areas such as Category 11 (use of sold products)
Perform landscape reviews of industry benchmarks, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements for sustainable supply chains
Develop reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
Provide technical leadership on best practices, standards, and emerging trends in sustainable supply chain management
Build and maintain trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
Collaborate with internal experts to deliver integrated solutions and represent Anthesis at industry events
Contribute to thought leadership on sustainable supply chains and digital transformation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; graduate degree preferred
8+ years of professional experience, including: 5+ years in supply chain sustainability field, technology-driven supply chain solutions, or related fields
3+ years in a technology industry, such as semi-conductor manufacturing, hardware manufacturing, etc
Proven experience with complex data management systems and digital platforms for sustainability reporting
Experience in selling or implementing digital platforms for supply chain data management
Strong understanding of Scope 3 emissions accounting, life cycle assessment (LCA), and carbon standards
Familiarity with Category 11 (Use of Sold Products) and product-level carbon footprinting / decarbonization
Advanced data analytics skills (Excel required; experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx preferred)
Excellent communication and client management skills, with proven ability to develop proposals and grow accounts
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global, virtual environment

Preferred

Graduate degree in Material Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx
