Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders at enterprise customers
Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand business objectives, workflows, integrations, data flows, and success criteria
Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify complex requirements requiring custom or advanced solution approaches
Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Milestone’s platform, third-party integrations, and selective custom development
Produce detailed solution design documents outlining technical approach, scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs
Present solution recommendations and trade-offs related to speed, cost, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Define and document enterprise solution blueprints integrating systems such as CMS, CRM, loyalty platforms, booking engines, analytics tools, and PMS platforms
Organize and lead Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) to co-innovate with strategic customers
Act as the primary liaison between customers and India-based engineering and product teams
Translate customer needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Manage solution delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies in partnership with engineering leadership
Participate in code reviews and quality validation for custom solutions to ensure alignment with platform standards
Provide structured feedback to product teams on customer needs, emerging patterns, and roadmap implications
Partner with Sales as a solutions expert during complex deals, providing technical validation and solution alignment
Own end-to-end solution delivery including testing, documentation, deployment, and customer enablement
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex implementations
Proactively communicate progress, risks, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions to Customer Success and Support teams
Build and maintain a portfolio of reusable solution architectures and integration patterns
Document lessons learned and identify opportunities to productize frequently requested custom features
Create technical collateral, solution briefs, and case studies to support sales and marketing
Mentor Customer Success and Solutions teams on platform capabilities and solution best practices
Stay current on emerging AI, martech, and digital experience trends and apply insights to solution design
Establish and track customer-focused quality metrics related to reliability, performance, security, and completeness
Create transparent quality dashboards for customers, executives, and internal teams
Reduce customer-reported issues through proactive identification and prevention
Measure and communicate quality’s impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue protection
Track delivery metrics including timelines, scope accuracy, customer satisfaction, and margin contribution
Contribute to revenue growth through accurate scoping, efficient delivery, and identification of upsell opportunities

Required

10+ years in technical product management, solutions architecture, or customer engineering roles within SaaS organizations
5+ years designing or implementing AI-powered solutions or enterprise platform integrations
Experience with MarTech or Marketing Cloud platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
Strong foundation in backend architecture, APIs, databases, and integration patterns with hands-on development experience
Proven track record delivering custom solutions on top of established platforms
Experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Strong technical writing skills for requirements, design documents, and architecture specifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
