Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide detailed information about products and services to customers
Gather and document customer feedback to assist in improving service quality
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
