Responsibilities

Engineer and implement enterprise-grade load balancing across data centers, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and edge environments
Develop strategic roadmaps for migrating to cloud-native, container-based, and service mesh architectures, including TLS/WAF hardening and advanced routing
Assess platforms such as F5 BIG-IP, NGINX, Citrix NetScaler, and AVI Networks, selecting solutions that meet business and technical requirements
Build declarative configuration models, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure consistent deployment and drift detection
Provide rapid activation for global events, codify response playbooks, and transform lessons learned into enterprise standards
Conduct assessments, produce reference architectures, and deliver executive-ready recommendations to align with Fiserv’s strategic objectives
Deliver structured solution packages (HLD, LLD, BoM, QA models), prioritize remediation of gaps, and emphasize Infrastructure-as-Code and observability throughout execution
