Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement solutions with business objectives

Research and evaluate potential subcontractors and suppliers to support vendor sourcing needs

Assist in the introduction of procurement best practices and tools to internal stakeholders

Streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes using digital tools

Design and build dashboards, scorecards, and reports to visualize key insights

Maintain and update the vendor management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Review and document departmental processes; create workflow diagrams for operational clarity
