Responsibilities
Create front matter for reports, including content summaries, tagging, cross-linking products
Review and edit content for consistency, adherence to Style Guide, etc
Communicate with content partners, marketing and others on production-related elements and status
Audit content pre- and post-publication, make necessary edits
Organize/update Sharepoint folders
Support PhocusWire team operations as necessary, such as by loading stories into Ektron
Qualification
Required
A college student in their second year or beyond at an accredited institution
Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Strong writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar
Comfortable using PowerPoint
Preferred
Familiarity with AP Style
Experience with content management systems
