Change Management Lead, Workday HCM & Payroll
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time implementation. This role focuses on ensuring stakeholder adoption and successful transition to new systems and processes through strategic change management initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the Workday rollout
Assess organizational readiness and identify risks/barriers to adoption
Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to define the case for change and communicate program benefits
Design and deliver communications, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs
Build tools, templates, and processes to guide leaders and employees through the transition
Track adoption, engagement, and business impact, reporting to leadership as needed
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, escalating risks and recommending interventions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in organizational change management consulting, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven success managing change for at least one end-to-end Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time implementation
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Time modules and HR processes
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred
Experience in energy or industrial sectors strongly preferred
Prosci or similar change management certification preferred
