Need experience with working with Union setups
The work is around some union changes, new benefit groups, new codes and business rules for benefits, offer letters, and time keeping, and business rules for each CBA
I think it's around 8000-9000 EEs, salary ranges to grade steps, fast formulas, also new business units with a lot of grade steps
Qualification
Required
Experience with Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits
Experience working with Union setups
Ability to handle union changes, new benefit groups, new codes and business rules for benefits
Experience with offer letters and time keeping
Knowledge of business rules for each CBA
Experience managing payroll for 8000-9000 employees
Understanding of salary ranges to grade steps
Experience with fast formulas
Ability to work with new business units and grade steps
